DTC day 2

I was assigned to tail gun a trail named Iceman this year and to my surprise nobody signed up for it today so I decided to watch and assist the big boys on Captain Crunch. The pictures do not do this trail justice. I left early after most of the rigs had made it about half way though and the second axel had broken.

I swear, every time I see photos of the Dakota trails I want to head up there and wheel them! They look so hardcore! Thanks for sharing.

Labor Day is a great weekend to come and the DTC is a very well run event. Next year will be it's 30th and I know they want to make it special. A good place for information is the Black Hills 4 Wheelers site:
http://www.bh4wheelers.com/
I live here now and I can help get information for you too. The trails can be hard to find and are best run with someone that knows them. I would also suggest a couple extra days for site seeing. When I came out here a few years ago from Ogden I took the extra time and saw Devil's Tower on the way. It was a bit of a detour but well worth it.

What ever you do, let me know and I will help with what I can.
