engine swap 99 wangler/89 xj

im going to be swaping a 4.0 man/trans out of a 99 wangler into my 89 xj which has a 4.0 auot/trans i was wondering what all i have to do to be able to use the intake maniafold off the wangler engine ? and any other info you guys have that i should know before i start i know the blocks are just about the same. so if its not to big of a pain id rather use the wangler intake and get rid of all that egr stuff.
