So is Tera-Flex going to put together an install kit for the JK Hemi swap like they did for the TJ? If so when will it be out?

I'm thinking I will do a Hemi swap in mine starting in March of 2010.

I need cable for my winch...how much for one I Lean?

Not at all likely. We currently use the AEV kit. It's very well put together and complete, and costs about the same as the one swap we did piecing everything together.
