These three could work for me. The 30th would need to be later afternoon, the others earlier would be better.

BUT, I have a crappy schedule to try to work around, so don't plan anything around me. I'll be there if I'm able to be.

X2 on schedule but 96 off per week don't suck

I vote for June also. I should have my trailer done then and would love to show it off and possibly bring it out to get ideas from everyone for other upgrades on it.

i am going for June 11th, i don't see any other events on this weekend

I will start a new thread with this date if all looks good.

i don't have a lot of expectations with the turnout for our first event, but i hope to get a trend going, the location so far if it does not fall through will be in Riverton at my neighbor's lot next to my back lot, roughly 11800 south Redwood rd

i was thinking it will be 8 am till noon or longer depending on the turn out, i know it will be a lot of work for some to pack up all their stuff only for a few hours so if you want to make it all day we will not have time constraints.

should i be taking reservations to get an idea of the turn out?

once i start the new post if your bringing parts, post up to help entice more guys to come out?

any more input would be appreciated.
