Fluid recommendations

I'm about to finish up the transmission swap. I've read a few conflicting details of what to use. My last one I used penzoil synchromesh. I've heard to use regular motor oil, or 75/90 mobile gear oil, and or redline mt, but no idea where to get it.

I also need to replace the transfer case fluid? What do you guy's use?
