Hello 4x4 enthusiasts. I have started a
Restoration of what the vin describes as a 73 C10. The body may be but the chassis is either heavily modified or from a donor vehicle. I am working through the safety systems and am tearing down the front end. I have been having difficulty getting the correct hub and spindle for my application. I’m believe the front end is a GM 10 bolt, but nothing beyond that. I’m pretty sure the spindles are corporate as well as the rotor hub assembly. Can anyone hel to identify ?

If the front axle is OEM from 1973 it should be a Dana 44. But I believe most parts from the tubes-out are the same (i.e. interchangeable) for the 44 or the 10-bolt all the way up to the IFS years. It should be a very common spindle, and easily obtained through most 4x4 parts shops. What is wrong with your hub?

Can you show a better overall pic of the spindle and hub?

That's a low pinion passenger drop dana 44.
As confirmed by the debossed 44-8F.
On the right side axle tube should be. A 6 digit bill of materials number stamped starting with. A 60XXX-X and you can search on Dana's website for more info about what it came out of. It tells you almost everything except gear ratio.
Almost all parts from the knuckles out dana 44 and 10-bolt should be interchangeable in the Chevy catalog. Try 1982 1500 stuff for the (newest iteration of) parts interchange.

There is a wheel bearing size change in 77 (when they started doing the 10-bolt) so check with your calipers when you buy new.
But there are conversion bearings.

Rotors are like $25
