FS: 1991 Suburban and 1970 Appleby 3 bed off-road tent trailer

Due to family circumstances I am going to be getting rid of my toys to help my brother who was recently paralyzed get a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
1991 3/4 ton V2500 Suburban. Fresh re manufactured 350 5.7L TBI engine with less than 3,000 miles, freshly rebuilt transfer case, new warn premium manual hubs, 6" lift with 37" Cooper STT tires with a matching spare. Has ORD shackle flip lift in rear with all spring lift in the front. Winch bumper. New kenwood Bluetooth radio. New AGM battery. I have a rebuilt Ramsey RE12000 lb winch and a York air compressor with air tank that will go with the truck if asking price is met. I have a lot of extra parts that will go with the truck also. I am asking $4,000 OBO. I am probably forgetting a lot of additions. Please feel free to ask. Text is preferred during the day. Calls are welcome between 630-930pm. Thanks for looking.

Also Up for sale is a 1970 Appleby 3 bed tent trailer. It has a spring over lift, extended tongue with max coupler, 2 7 gallon water tanks with rack. I installed a tongue box with battery to run the interior and exterior LED lights. It has hardwood floors and new bed platforms with Behr deck over. It will come with 3 grey totes for storage on the included Thule roof rack. It has a 12 fused circuit Blue Sea power distribution box. All new LED trailer lights with LED clearance lights. The tent canvas is out getting re-enforcing panels and zippers installed right now. Little needs to be done to use right now. If you are interested PM me and I can pass on more info. I am asking $3,000 OBO for the trailer. I know I am forgetting some things so ask away. Thanks for looking. Both are located in the Provo Utah area.
*** edit also forgot that both have a 1amp and 2.1amp dedicated USB charger. The truck also has an extra 12v outlet installed. Options for 4 charging ports at once. 2 in the trailer. There are more pictures in the comment section. *****

Shesh man... I wish I could swing it, this thing has some serious sentimental value for me. My uncle was the original owner in '91. My dad bought it from him a few years later. He owned it until he traded it in on his truck about 9 years ago. I think he still regrets doing it. I have a lot of good memories in that Suburban...

My cousins and I rode in the back on a road trip to the redwoods.
My dad taking us up Farmington Canyon in the snow and thinking we were going to die; luckily we slid into the mountain rather than over the edge.
Took my wife on our first date in this.
Got stuck on a snowbank plowed up in the church parking lot when I was 16. I had to make the walk to my friends house to have his dad pull me out.

It's a great vehicle. Sadly, all I can say is good luck with the sale...

Prices are negotiable. I am moving in 2 weeks and need my toys gone to get a smaller moving truck and I need to forward the money to my brother so he can stop renting a handicap van and get his own.
