Fuel Cells in a TJ...

Ok I messed up again on my measurements and the new TJ project and the rear axle is further back than it can be with a stock tank. Who if anyone knows of a 15-19g tank that fits the stock location and reuses the stock sending unit but allows the rear axle to back 2-3"?

i think that gen-right has something like that? waynehartwig would know for sure though. and he would have it in stock.

there is a couple of companies who make them but I have not heard of one that big 12 maybe but not 15+. They ranged from 750.00 to 2000.00 so not cheap either.

Gen-Right...lets you move the axle back 5 inches (4 with a 60 I think) and is still 19 gallons. They have a smaller one that lets you move the axle 7 in.

I think they are about $800

I know BTF makes one for YJs, don't know about TJs though. It might be worth looking into.

I had one built by lockhart in SLC. $350 works with stock sending unit.
