Have I, yes. There basically two common options.

1. TBI from the 4.3 GM. Basically run an adapter to mate the TBI to the LC intake. Either prune a GM harness or buy a TBI harness from one of the many available companies. Troubleshooting is easy as the 4.3/5.7 TBI systems are so similar and lots of aftermarket support. Cons are getting a PROM that is set up for the dynamics of the 2F and fuel mileage isn't 'much' better than a well tuned Aisin carb. I know of plenty running them but I know of several that yanked them back off in favor of a custom built Aisin (Jim C or Marks Offroad both do Aisin work)

2. Use the head off of a 3FE on the 2F block, this gives you the multi-port FI of the 3FE. Downside is electronics and tuning can be difficult. Upside is MPFI, all Toyota, etc

IH8Mud has hundreds of threads on FI for the 2F, you may do some digging over there before you head down either path. In addition there are other paths, custom intakes with fuel injectors, Mega-squirt systems, etc.
