Just finished up my two weeks and start the new gig tomorrow morning.

Running a local bike shop is 98% customer service IMO. We'd been shopping around for bikes at different shops for awhile now (without a specific brand in mind). We went to Timpanogos Cyclery last week, had a great experience and walked out with these (Specialized Roubaix Comp SL2, and a Cannondale Synapse, both full carbon and SRAM Rival)

Nice bikes. Agreed on the customer service part. Timp has changed some staff around for the good. They should be a great shop.
