So at what point do you stop trading off things as long as you don't get killed.:confused: can they take your vehicle, your family, your freedom??? when do you say enough and take action? If you let them get away with it, they will just come back for more stuff. This is the type of thinking that allows dictators to come to power: Safety at all costs, instead of FREEDOM at all costs.

People aren’t shot for petty crimes, they’re shot for threatening others with death or serious bodily injury. Everyone's heard the statement from the idiot bystander, "Why could't they have just shot him in the leg?" Or, my personal favorite, "He was shot for just stealing a TV!" All nonsense from the uninformed.

The ad hominem argument that anyone who supports this man’s actions must be some knuckle dragging, trigger happy, illiterate, inarticulate, drunken hillbilly is ignorant. Maintaining life is not as important as liberty. Don’t be cowed by the desire for political correctness.

Ultimately, two people are dead and one person may or may not be going to jail for their deaths. The two dead people are the ones responsible for their own deaths. Had they stayed home smoking crack they would probably still be alive. Again, they’re the ones who decided to engage in high-risk activity. They knew, or should have known, that within the full spectrum of possible outcomes were both “getting away with it” and “dying from gunshot wounds.” They chose to accept the risk, obviously hoping for the former and not the latter. I have no sympathy for them and hope the shooter “gets away with it.”

what do you want them to help you with? rape? beating? stealing your car?

or are you going to just leave that in the hands of the Police?

When are we going to stand up to criminals and say enough is enough. the law is too PC to deter anyone. law breakers continue to be more bold, knowing that the LEO's are swamped doing other things. It is up to us to gaurd our property.

It's pronounced "teknodestrukto" phonetically, as in damaging to anything technical. Yeah it's cheesy, but an old friend gave it to me so I keep it:rolleyes:

Again, no one was shot for stealing. They were shot for threatening, or making someone feel threatened, with serious injury or death. NOT for stealing magazines, adult or otherwise...

I lived in Pasadena back years ago and from what I remember the KKK was in control of the town and you never seen a black person even drive through let alone walking around on the streets. Just west is South Houston the crime was really bad there.thats probably were they came from. Maybe he still had his KKK membership card and no one told him they were out of buisness.

I know very well that the Klan hates all minorities. My point was that Dixon was referencing specifically a black/Klan interaction not in effect in this instance.

Police have not found the families of the dead men, who both are in their 30's. One had identification indicating he was from Puerto Rico, the other had paper indicating he may have been from Puerto Rico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic, he said.

Sound Hispanic to me, not black. But hey, this is UT, they're not white, so what's the difference, right? :rolleyes:

If they're from PR or Columbia they're caucasian, most likely with Hispanic or native ethnicity.

When I first read that it sounded like, "In Utah we like the black people in Texas...":rofl:

I guess it was the lack of punctuation that threw me:D
