light fixtures installed
lights switches spaced out (the sheetrock is thicker than before)
maybe a few other things that I am forgetting. The work is not hard and I could do it, but I don't want to.
Last time I had a handy man come it was like 20 bucks an hour. I could do more or less depending on experience.
