I have a brand new dual t-case adapter kit. Still in the box, just took it out for a picture. I ordered this one from Advanced Adapters and just never used it.
This one is designed for a 79-95 Toyota truck or 4Runner with a gear-driven transfer case. Part number 50-5905.
