HELP! Need some milling done ASAP!!

I'm looking for someone (SALT LAKE area) to open up the center of a pair of 1.25" aluminum wheel spacers for my trailer. I need them by this afternoon if at all possible!! Can anyone help me out?!

I need the center bored open to match the diameter of the larger opening to clear a trailer axle hub. It looks to be about 3/4" of material depth and ~1/4" thickness that needs to be removed. Can someone on here with a lathe tackle this for me?! Give me a shout via text or call - 801-580-1142. Not expecting this for free either. Thanks!!

Well, the spacers fit perfectly...had to "finesse" the wheels just a bit, but they're on!
