Work Schedule: 8 to noon or 1 to 4

Description: Employer is fast growing technology company that is looking for a highly motivated scanner support/repair technician. The technician will help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Although part-time, there is the possibility of extra hours based on performance and business need. Duties: 1. Take support calls and respond to emails 2. Troubleshoot equipment problems over the phone to determine if service is needed 3. Clean and repair scanner equipment sent in for service 4. Document support incidents in tracking system 5. Provide internal technical support for other employees 6. Other duties may be assigned as needed

Minimum qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows * Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills * Friendly, courteous phone etiquette * Good communication skills (verbal and in writing) * Good typing skills * Be able to closely follow instructions * Able to use hands well with small screws, tight spaces, etc.. * Lift up to 70 lbs ¿ Great attitude for learning! (training needed to do the job will be provided)
