Help with Wobble

My Cherokee shakes when I get up to about 45 - 50 mph. Originally I thought it was "Death Wobble" but then reallized that my tie rod ends have a bit of play in them. Are these a pretty easy fix? Also, what's the difference between the left inner and left outer tie rod ends and right inner/right outer ends?

well, I think you are experiencing death wobble...death wobble is caused by a number of things, one of those being loose TREs. TREs are real easy to fix if you can get them out (IMO, a pickle fork works best). Just make sure you get them back in, in as close to the same position as the old ones were. Then immediately go get it aligned (or you can kiss your tires goodbye )
