Im running a york setup as well. I only see a little oil in my seperator too. For filtration, I installed a fitting on the bottom of my air cleaner and ran a hose to the compressor inlet. I love my york.

thanks for all the help! it's looking like keeping it under 150 shouldn't be a problem. i'll post up the final product and were i got it all soon
