how long is the morning commute from ogden to SLC?

i am coming from Idaho and have to be at a meeting at 8:45 am in downtown SLC and was wondering how much the morning traffic adds to travel time. anyone venture a guess?

I'd count on at least an hour from Ogden to SLC. I might even shoot for 90 minutes? From Woods Cross to SLC it's sometimes about 30-40 minutes.
I'm sure it's different every day, but I'd count on the worst if the appointment is important.

depends on what time you leave. If you need to be there at 8:45 I would shoot to be in Ogden at 7. You will be in the heart of traffic at that time but shouldnt have a problem making it. The earlier you go the better off you will be

Where is your meeting?
UTA's Front Runner is a nice alternative, You could purchase a day pass that should be good for all UTA routs.
