well the cherokee weighs in at about 3100 lbs as for factory specs. You have significant stripping going on.

each door probably weighs about70lbs.

rear hatch probably weighs about the same so

5 X 70 = 350 lbs

front windshield probably weighs about 50 lbs...

400.....

interior carpet, headliner, console, speakers....probably another 100 lbs....

500lbs...

so now you are down to about 2600,

now you swapped in dana 44s....you weight difference between a d-44 and stock 30/35 combo is not that much...maybe 100 lbs combined front and rear...

Tires weigh a TON especially with those gigantor SXs. 75lbs a piece on those steelys.

so add on about 400 lbs for tires and axles....

back to 3000lbs....

so I am going to stick with a nice round stock number of 3000lbs....

I guess every trailer will be different but I have always heard people say average trailers are about 1500...so if this is the case and the trailer is a little heavier duty than the standard trailer then spence would be about right...3K for the rig a about 1700 for the trailer...wow, thats still not too bad though...
