Finally pulled my pics off the Digi camera & thought you guys might like to see.
(Hope I don't bore you like some distant relative showing you their vacation slides... )
Taking pictures at the Temple-
We hiked a couple miles into the Nepali Coast, on Kauai. We could see whales breaching about a 1/2 mile off the coast!!-
(Kauai was the most beautiful place I've ever been, it was so green & dense, plus it wasn't nearly crowded. It was really hard to leave, even to go back to Oahu.)

Waimea Canyon, on Kauai. It's called the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. What's sad is that the pics don't even do the place justice.
There was one road that went down the canyon wall, thru the river & into the depths of the canyon. For some reason my wife didn't want me to take the rental Jeep down there... :-\
Awesome waterfall flowing thru the red dirt-
The Rental, an '05 Unlimited Wrangler! We actually found some decent trails. At one point, we had driven 5-6 miles into the woods & were busting thru 2 foot deep mud puddles! -
