Idaho Idaho X Rocks in June, Aug, Sept 2013

As seen earlier this year in Crawl Magazine is the Idaho Wheeling Scene!!! I was there last year and its some awesome terrain! I also wanted to note I met Tate Elquist out competing at Dirt Riot in Cedar City and I must say he was a way cool dude... he mentioned that he & a buddy Todd Young have been promoting the Idaho X Rocks Events for a few years now and are trying to make it as big as ever this year. Just thought I would post up here so the UT crew has a chance to see some new terrain up north.

It is an eclectic event. Comp buggies competing against truggies on rocks and 57's competing against exo-caged toyotas.

Each of those guys have built expansive rock crawling courses in their "backyards." These are true courses not a couple of rocks piled up. And, they live a few miles away from each other. And, they live about 20 miles away from the Hemmingway Butte trail system. It's an oasis of rock crawling over there. LOL.

sounds like somthing we deffently need to go check out and maybe plan a trail run this mid summer when the temps are higher here in utah!
