I saw Dan Bongino promoting the iTarget Pro on one of his YouTube casts. I looked at it and thought it would be a good thing for my wife to use to become a little more comfortable with the handling of her gun. I bought it for her for Christmas and I have to admit, it has been fun to play with. There is no substitute for actual shooting, but this has its own place and merits.

I have a grip laser on my 9mm. I don't know how useful it would be in a real situation, but I like it a lot for for acquisition drills.

Sometimes we would load each other's mags and randomly place a dead one in the mix during our IDPA-like shooting get togethers.

That's pretty cool. Dry practice is really good, especially for women. They develop small muscle memory without recoil.

That plus it helps her get comfortable holding the gun. She does not have any fear of a rifle, but for some reason hand guns scare her.
