Are you sure its your suspension? I had the same driver side lean on my CJ8. Drove me crazy. I switched springs side to side and front to back-nothing. I took it into my neighbors body shop and had it up on the frame rack-looked ok on the rack. Turns out it was the body mount right under the driver seat that had sagged because of a poor repair by the PO. That sag of about 1/2-3/4" on that mount alone translated into a 2-3" sag at the rear of the vehicle. When I repaired the floor correctly the lean was gone.

Ya, I already checked that possibility. The body lift measures the same on both sides. I have measured from the axle to the frame and I'm sure it is the suspension.

I will also add that since I have swapped the two front springs it is worse. In doing the swap two of the spring hanger and mount bolts were frozen and I had to cut them off and press them out. I replaced them and greased them good and now one shackle is more vertical than the other. I'm thinking there is a good chance that the shackles are not relaxing and letting the jeep settle back down. I do drive on a highly salted roads so,,,

We will see what happens when I swap the rear springs side to side. I'm going to lube up both shackles really good.

having been an employee at best deal spings for six years i would say go there and talk to matt or aaron. aaa dosen't do bad work but they aren't the best place to go. if you have money to burn than alcan is the way to go they do good work if you just need stock springs best deal has them in stock usually for a decent price or you could have them rearched and more than likely they will be as good as new.

Well... I have now swapped both front and rear springs side to side. Greased the crap out of the frozen shackle bolts and it still has a lean.

I'm starting to wonder if the frame is bent. Is there a way to tell if the frame has issues??

Lots and lots of measurements. Find some common points on the frame and start there, I guess?

Remember, all Jeeps lean. Remember my hours of concern over the my lean. AAA built me a main leaf when I snapped mine in half. Looks great and has held up great...so far.. I think I am ready to start collecting for a four link. Any chance you can advise me on a collection list? Is there anything I can use off of my grand cherokee? 4" coils but short arms (can they be modified?) I think i can trade the automatic trans from the cherokee and put it in the YJ may need your expertice on angling the links. can i double the t-cases?
