Jeep TJ (or late year XJ) 2.5 core motor

Trying again to find a cheap or free Jeep 2.5 4cyl motor to rebuild. My wifes TJ motor is getting tired and clearly the timing chain is wearing out. Would like to find a core motor I can rebuild to swap in.

Prefer to find a TJ motor but would take a later year YJ or XJ motor. Hit me up if you have one lying around somewhere.
