I have a custom made winch bumper with tow points, the bumper will need a little fab work for it to fit. the jeep it came off of was totaled and the mounts are bent and need to be cut off and new ones welded on.
The bumper is not bent and is in great shape, the metal they used for the mounts was to tin and bent very easily. you might even be able to bend them back by hand and bolt it on. This should fit all years but it did come off a 98.
