I never did install them on my own rig, but basically you would hold it in place where you want it, or use clamps like I did, mark where the holes are for the bolts, drill those holes out, then bolt these on. Since its a mini boatside it may require you to either cut off some of your rocker lip that hangs down, or fold it under, but Im not sure if that will be needed with these since I don't have rockers anymore. Its probably a good idea if you put some metal on the inside of the jeep tub to help reinforce those bolt holes. When I did my full boat sides I used some angle iron from home depot for that.
Overall its not a difficult project, just possibly intimidating due to potentially cutting the tub.
