Pile of parts

The build I bought came with a TG ram mount, but it didn't fit D60's. So I used a barnes4wd universal mount but it sat to far driver to clear the TG ram and D60 cover so its offset. It's probably gonna get cut off once the long side ram mount bends. Also im over budget so I'm running it as is ☹🤣🤣
Thanks. I was wondering if it was the Barnes mount. I've been looking at that one, since I already have a small, simple truss on my GM 60. I may have to build something.

Rear airshocks mounted and the jeep is on its own weight. Went with Fox 2.0 16" air shocks and had quit the experience with a local shop trying to get them filled 🤣🤣🤣

I want to get more weight in the rear before I drop it down another 3/4"-1". Ended up with 6" uptravel and 10" down travel in the front and 5-1/2 up and 10-1/2" down in the rear.

So I've been knocking out all the non fun stuff. Brake system done. Wiring done. ECM mounted. Dash done. Spare parts ammo can mounted. Tool box mount welded in. Fuel system done. Painted the chevrolet letters. Black and white license plate mounted. Tied the rear of the rear cage into the frame.

But now duck season is on. My second was just born. And I picked up a second job. So nothing else will get done until January.

Things have been slow as everything needed done is not the fun stuff. But progress is being made as all the systems are being brought back online. Also I ordered an Atlas, should be here beginning of March.

Had to build my own down pipe to wrap the right side away frm the driveshaft. That was fun, not 😄

Got the power steering cooler and lines in. Gonna keep my Saginaw pump in for now but I'm probably gonna have to put this CBR pump I have on the shelf in eventually.

5 point harnesses in. Tip for everyone, expired harnesses are cheap on Ebay.

Cycling the front end to adjust the coilovers.

Brought the coilovers up about 1"-2" to level everything out.

Anybody got a TJ windshield and frame laying around?

Finally got the thing out of the garage and moving u Der it's own power after an endless list of tiny things to finish. Having issues with fuel delivery as I'm using a walpro inline fuel pump and just pulling fuel through a non-energized TJ pump and not getting flow. Probably gonna have to pull it and gut it. Or give it 12v.

So brought the thing out to 5 mile for a test run and 10 minutes into the trail, on the first obstacle on rattlesnake the brand new in-tank fuel pump dies. Stone cold dead. So I rig up my old external pump and it runs but it's weezing hard. Get back to camp and I pop the fuel regulator and it whistled like it was under a ton of vacuum. I know Novak's conversion replaces the check valve. So. I'm throwing all of this away. Gonna make my own setup.
