Kanab area trails

Im in the middle of buying a house in Kanab, I like the area for all the hiking and lake powell but I know there has to be some good off roading down there.. Anyone spend much time in the area? St. George guys have got to know that area.

We are closeing at the end of the year so I would be looking to go down there in the spring time.

I'm in Kanab.

We have the Hog Canyon sytem just north of town that has some good moderately difficult trails and there's hundreds of miles of scenic, expedition type trails. If you're into the more extreme stuff, we go over to sand hollow which isn't far.

I'd be happy to show you around.
