L.P. D30 woes

It should be pretty straight forward my upper control arm has a wierd bushing (im not home to look at it to close) on the housing that needs to be swapped over but other then that just an easy swap. I just dont want to lay on my back to do it, but I'll probably just do it anyways. Does anyone have to Tq's for the control arms to the axle and probably the pitman to steering rod (i cant remember the name, give me a break) off the top of there head ? I really should weld a truss to the new one before putting it in but i'm impatient.

Finally did this. Took me all day by myself but was fairly easy minus trying to line the jhonny joints up with the axle in my lap. Owhell Drive angle is a straight shot now and the cabin noise is just from the tires now.
