led blinkers stay on but wont flash

i installed TG led blinkers front and rear of my toyota and when i try to use the blinkers the flasher relay just buzzes in the cab and the blinkers just stay lit and dont flash any ideas on how to make them blink again

You need a flasher that works with the LED lights. I have used Super Bright LEDs before, they work great. http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-...DispPage&category=CAR&Page2Disp=/flashers.htm

Yeah, LED lights use less power than regular bulbs so the way the stock flashers are designed to work give too much power to the LED's and therefore doesn't complete the circuit for the flasher. So like he said, get a LED capable flasher.

I had this issue on my cherokee rear lights. It was a pain but I ended up wiring my old lights in the line to make it work. I was told I needed a resestor but that was not doing it so they told me to do this. After it was done it worked great. A pain but it made them work so I didn't care. Good luck.

you can easily modify the stock toyota flasher for the led lights i did it, do a search for it on Pirate.

Thanks for the info i went and ordered a flasher from there hopefully it fixes it

An electronic flasher or a resistor of a value that mimics the circuits current draw will fix it.
