I have a 79 toyota and I have 3 inch blocks in the back. I would like to take my blocks out and put shackles in. I have fabed my own shackles with it being 6 inches center to center. Is this going to be alright with 3 inch leafs in the front? Thanks
As far as being the same amount of lift yes. You won't know for sure without trying it out. The only thing to watch is your rear shackle angle. 45 degrees is optimal. And you will love not having blocks. good choice.
I put my shackles on and it sits a little lower than the front. The angle is not even close to 45 degrees. I think its because I'am running stock leafs. Thanks a bunch for your advice.
