Local Trails??

Does anyone know of any links for local (Utah county, SLC County) trails and directions to get there? I have seen a lot of trail reports on constrictor, and Rattlesnake to name a couple. I just got back from a 5 year move to Maryland and would like to run some of these but need some idea of how to get to them. Little Moab is getting old. Thanks for the help.
