Rear Axle: Ford 8.8, CRANE diff cover, 5.13 Yukon Gears, Detroit locker, Dutchman Alloys

Fox 2.0 Reservoir shocks all around
BNS Fab custom 3 link using aluminum BUNK links
Teraflex speedbumps at the corners

Wheels and tires:
35" Goodyear MT/R's
TrailReady 15 inch beadlocks

Armor:
Those Guys hybrid roll cage, tube flares and rocker replacements

Icom race radio
Crow 4pt harnesses and bucket seats
Master-Pull recovery gear
Warrior Products prototyped front tube doors
BUNK power steering cooler

Last year we used this jeep for recovery on the top of backdoor during the LCQ and on Aftershock during the main race. I was doing alright on the trails at the Hammers but wanted to be able to move a little quicker so new shocks and bump stops were ordered up.

Our local fab guy (Jeremy from DBS customs, Cal rocs 35" and under spotter team #426) has been helping me out with the welding that I can't do for a while. In June we put the Fox shocks up front and he built me a kickass rear bumper shortly after.

Finally he had enough time to take care of the rear end of my XJ, here are the fab porn pics:

Incredible XJ. I love the double shear pitman arm, and how do you like your AA sye? That's what I'm going to be running so I'm curious.

The AA sye works great, I've had it in my Tcase for a few years now. If you are going to the trouble of cracking the case, install a 2lo kit from Teraflex at the same time.

Yeah I've been thinking about the super short sye and possible the wide chain kit. But havn't really considered the 2 low kit as I can't picture I'd use it much.

Ever go to Moab?

If you get it, you will use it. It is one of the best mods for the 231 case. I would only consider not doing it if you have a selectable front locker. I use mine for bombing through trails when I don't need all the traction but want to turn a little easier.
