Here is the start of my new pitman arm. I'm going to bend it just enough so the nut will clear the frame, then drill the fj80 taper and clean it up. The splined piece and the 3/4 bar are both step cut in the lathe and pressed together, then welded. I'll post the finished pics tomm. Waddya think so far?
