So the wierdest thing at work. One of our fourwheelers (honda forman 450 es) started leaking oil from the rim. There are absolutly no other leaks anwhere around the bike. Just off the rim, and it feels, smells and looks like old motor oil. It has been sitting there for about a year. Hasnt lost any air pressure, hasnt moved. Sure puzzed us at the office. Anyway I was just wondering what the heck could have caused this? Im just curious thats all.

Guessing someone used motor oil to lube the tire/rim to put the tire on the rim. Can't think of any other good reason for oil to be coming out.

Ha ha well I thought you guys would enjoy it anyway. Its gotta be someone used oil to slick up the bead to get it on the tire. Just so unusual for that much oil and it hasn't leaked before and now its all around the rim all at once. And its in a dry shop with concrete floors so no animals could get to it. Yea its probably possessed:D
