NAXJA IC Moab Run April 23-24 04

We had a good turn out for our grocery getter moab run, some couldn't make it so soon after safari, we ended up with approx 20 XJ's or so. Some guys from Colorado and Arizona showed up. Split off into two groups each day; Hell's Revenge and Goldbar Rim plus GS to the crack on Friday, Poison Spider and Cliffhanger on Saturday followed by a BBQ and a nice raffle thanks to generous local vendors. The rest of the time we hit other trails or checked out the car show. Turned out to be a great family activity and everyone had a good time!

Hells Revenge was interesting with a lot of standing water and with my XJ much better prepared than the first time. My first time on Poison Spider, was just plain fun, my recent mods performed better than I anticipated. Links to my pics below.

Looks like it was a blast!!!!!!

Looks like joe, climbon, jeepzz were there. Did Bigjoe go? Man I gotta get a trailer(unregistered-reason I haven't been anywhere lately)

Nope, BigJoe had to sit this one out, much to his dismay. It was a fun run......Hell's Gate in reverse?.... thought about it.......next trip.......yah, and in the moonlight too! HG is a fun place to play in the moonlight.
I did Tip Over backwards last weekend, pretty funky when wet and sandy too.

It was a good time...especially when my buddy, who was tagging along in his bronco, lost a brake line right at the entrance to hell's gate!
