Need an all purpose do everything trailer...

Looking for a good all around all purpose trailer.

I need it to ..

Pull garbage lawn stuff...
Building supplies...
Atvs and motorcycles
camping stuff
sometimes haul Jeep
pretty much do everything trailer.

call this guy, his name is Mark and he's selling a biggish trailer, like 14 or 16'x 7.5", 7k rated but w/10k axles? something like that. He was using it to haul scrap metal and stuff. I think he wants $800.
