Need custom exhaust shop

I need help finding a shop around slc to make a flange to attach Garrett turbo and attach to downpipe on 2000 Tacoma for a good price and good work, I have been able searching Internet for flange, but have had trouble finding exactly what I need. Intake to turbo is 3 1/4 id. With 3 hole flange 3 3/4 to center of hole and needs to reduce to stock Tacoma downpipe. Any thoughts?
