Hey i have a CJ-7 and the old engine is at 220k miles and looking for a nice place to retire. My question is what would i have to do to make it emissions leagal for a newer 4.0 or small block in Utah county? Currently it is not emmisions leagle and I would like to do that when a new engine is put in. Please let me know who can can be trusted to do this or if there is an easier engine to do this with.
