No 4 Wheel Drive!!!

Just when I finally get the motor running, I make a great new discovery. My 205 transfer case will engage in 4lo, but will not engage the front end. The bottom shift rod won't hold. If I hold it in with my hand or foot it works, but it won't stay. And I know nothing about how the shift forks work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If anybody's wondering, I discovered that the lower shift rail was slightly worn in the detent area allowing about a 16th inch of shaft movement which was just enough to really screw things up. No Moab for me.

That sucks to hear......

I live alot closer and I won't be going either. EJS is over-rated anyway. Moab will always be there, whenever you're Rig is ready. In the meantime, you better replace that 205..... with a Atlas!

Haha, that's what Demon says! At least that new shiny winch looks awful purdy on the front of rusty.
