Could you measure the input stick out length on the trans? I'm half-heartedly looking for one with the longer stick out. They seem to be fairly rare....

That is correct. I think most are 6.5" and I need one that is 7 1/2" stick out from the face of the transmission.

Theres a way to put it behind a YJ 2.5L. But it requires the longer input shaft. I have the AX5 now and they are known to be junk.

That is why I picked it up.

My brother runs a NP435 with a Dana 300, (6.68 first gear, 2.62 Dana 300, 4.10's= 72 to 1 crawl ratio that can still drive the freeway with 35's... )
