Odd power steering question

Toyota front axle.... right hand steering arms reversed on knuckles,using a toyota ps box with the pitman arm reversed 180.I want to port the box and run hydro assist.the box runs opposite of what it normally does but the axle side of steering is normal.Internally how does fluid flow through the system or will it even matter?

If i read this right,

You mean it's "running backwards" because the pitman is flipped 180°?

If that's your question, then no. Doesn't change anything as far as fluid flow is concerned

You could just flip the hoses to the ram to match your steering direction. The pitman change won't matter.
