Ornamental Grills

I've been drawing in CAD and plasma cutting a lot of different ornamental grill profiles for various 4x4's lately. The width is around 10". The thickness is 11 ga. The cost is $15-25 depending on how much steel used. I can do different styles, variations, and sizes too.

A Hummer would be a nice addition to the library. What do you think of using this photo for a Hummer profile?



What dimensions do you prefer? I've been standardizing on USPS shipping envelopes and boxes to keep the shipping cost down. For the Hummer, the corresponding dimensions would be:

15in 18.3in
12.5 15.3
11 13.4
9 11.0 (smallest my setup can do and still get reasonably good quality)

Sure. I can do an H3. Do you have a photo or should I find something on the web to work from. The photo needs to be straight on and a little above to show the hood lines.

I can't find a picture of one that I like right now cuz I don't want just a stock one, ill just do the H1 for now.

i need to find a good pic of my chevy and i would definitely love one of these. cant decide between a profile or just a grill, maybe both.
