Over Active Secondary

My relatively new Weber 34-34 is dumping fuel from the secondary. so much that it maintains a puddle on top of the throttle plate when the secondary is closed. This carb is about 1.5 years old but is off-road-only and only has maybe 40 hours total use.

Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

Float not shutting off?

Any suggestions on diagnostics would be appreciated!
