Got mine used.
The Harbor freight setup is $130
and there is a setup on ebay that look equivalent, it seems to be going for around $60. That is a great price but I'm sure you get what you pay for to some extent. To give you some perspective our weld shop just bought a new Victor handle for $55, that just the handle no tip, no hoses, no regulators just the handle.

that was everything including the cart.
I've got the Harbor Freight setup. It works well for me, but I just do home fab type stuff with it. It came with regulators, handle, tips, and hoses. The only thing I've added to it is some extra hose.
I use the cutting tip most of the time, but have used the smaller welding tips for heating and the rosebud. They all work just fine so far.
