Like the title says, I got a pair of Trail Gear Rock Assault housings. Was originally going to put these under my 4runner, but plans changed, and I wont be needing these anymore.
Here is some specs on the housings:
Both are Tacoma width (about 5" longer than pre 3rd gen Toyotas [IFS])
Both are bare (weld on your spring perches, or your link tabs [I was undecisive when I originally decided on building my 4runner so I opted be bare housings])
Front is passenger side drop (perfect for the older trucks! *If you were to run these under a newer toyota [tacoma, 4runner] you will need to get the adapter for the T-Case to make it PSD)
Non E-Locker options (could be converted to E-locker by doing the mod)
Inspection Plugs (both housing have the bigger fill/inspection plugs for easier gear inspection/filling)
Front housing includes inner (30 SPL) axle shafts (just get birfs)
These are awesome housings, I am just going a different route, and wont be needing these anymore. Still in there original boxes from TG!
From Trail-Gear, the cost would be $1426, I am asking $OLD!!!
