There is a petition to have a fence removed/rerouted in Providence canyon.

They don't want you camping there. This is only the beggining. Soon they will build a gate across the road.

Anyone have some insight on this? Like what exactly is the issue at hand? Is this limiting the egress from a particular camping area or making a camping area 'walk-in' only? What was the reasoning behind the closure?
