Please help, 4.3 EFI problems

Just put a 4.3 in my jeep and have no ground going to #1 and #6 injectors all new sensors and injectors new harness pcm has been sent in and re programed searched on Google and other people have had this problem any suggestions

Also, what year and model of Jeep, what engine and harness and ECM you are using. Punctuation equals more clarity for the rest of us...
