Tuesday, June 18th, at the Mesa County Fairgrounds community building, you are invited to our all out, effort to convince the Grand Junction BLM field office to reconsider the proposed closure of well over 60% of the roads and trails in the Grand Junction area.
Public Lands Pizza Party
The goal of the meeting is to provide details on the thousands of miles of proposed closures and to assist recreationists to write comment letters.
Representatives from several OHV, and outdoor organizations, will be on hand to assist members of the public understand and comment on the BLM's plans. This meeting will help the average citizen make their opinion known to the BLM.
We know you have written comments in the past, but now you get the chance to bring a friend and double the amount of comments for the evening. Heck, bring two friends and we will get serious. Don’t have two friends? You can meet people there who may become your friends. Just show up when you can, from 5:00 pm, and 9:00 pm.
