Comes unwelded. Box has been opened to check contents but they weren't even used for mock up. Just ended up not needing them to mount my shocks. $50 bucks takes em. Paid $55 + shipping so save yourself the 5 days shipping time and $15 and buy em from me. Only purchased 3 weeks ago, garage stored. No surface rust yet.
